Attached you will find the registration form for Summer Explorations 2013. Please fill out a separate form for each student. After you have enrolled using the online form, changes and additions are made by contacting the SE office; summerexplorations@wcsks.com, 771-2293 or 771-2247. A student is not fully enrolled until you have received an email from Accept pay with the invoice that also serves as the confirmation letter. Please allow 1 week for our office to process your enrollment in April and May. If you have not received the confirmation invoice via email within 7 days, please send your inquiry to summerexplorations@wcsks.com. All classes must be prepaid the Wednesday before the class begins to guarantee enrollment. Please visit our website wcssummerexplorations.
The Early Childhood enrollment form has been organized by student age for your convenience. Please note: the special pricing plans apply to classes in Early Childhood age 3 to entering Kindergarten (or First grade) from 9-11:45am and 12:15-3:00pm.
